Dylan Harris was born in Burton-on-Trent, just before the space age. He lives in Esch-sur-Alzette, which has fewer breweries.

Big Town Blues begins with the poet made temporarily homeless by a plumbing malfunction and ends with him “waiting to meet a familiar beer.”  Harris has a fine eye and ear for the small pleasures and frustrations of life in an number of big towns and small cities; this is a hilariously dyspeptic performance.
